Joint FIP and FCPF Field Visit - Friday, September 29

9:00AM – 5:00PM

Field Trip -  two options:

(1)    IFC Lao FIP project aims to assist private sector firms build successful smallholder partnerships with local communities. Smallholder teak is included in the planted forestry focus of the project, along with larger scale industrial forest plantations

(2)    Government project – Protection of the Thad Kuangsi Watershed and regeneration of natural forest.  We are assisting DOF to produce brief notes on the site and will share with the team when ready.
